tlc shoot: the DESTRUCTION
I got cut from the TLC shoot. I got a call this morning while I was in the shower getting pretty for said shoot. The reason was because it would be too time consuming to shoot the Tim scenes (Tim is the dead guy I was playing). I’m not upset about it — I wasn’t getting paid and I would be in two scenes total (and maybe just one because I might not’ve been in the scene where they dump my body in the woods).
And that’s that story.
my brother’s radio show, 10.15.08
he likes to play bass
I think I’m going to start direct linking my brother’s radio show on my blog. He records it on Saturdays at noon here (PST) right in our basement. He is incredibly lucky to have gotten this show; he won it as part of a contest to find the “next progressive star” on Air America. It’s syndicated on KPOJ here in Portland (Sundays at 8-10am), and on XM radio (live 12-2 PST), and you can listen to it on his website, radicalruss.com. It’s a great listen and a great addition to your podcast arsenal.

Thank god, too, I was worried I wouldn’t write a final song. I was getting kind of sick of writing depressing breakup songs, haha. I got some good songs out of it, though! Especially “Refrigerator.” I think that’s a keeper.
